One Week IN

Alright -
I've done Booty Barre twice and Agility twice this week.
so BB Mon Wed Sat and AGI Tues Thurs.

This is a highly challenging and really fun rotation of workouts!
In Booty Barre, I'm getting this great all over conditioning with some stretching and Agility is just all out insane! I'm throwing medicine balls, pushing sleds- crazy interval timed rotations -
It just feels so GOOD!
All of it!
After just one week I feel a shift in my body that is amazing. It is just a mindset? A reaction to all over body soreness? Excitement for a challenging new workout? - MAYBE actual physical changes that I'm aiming for? It just seems like everything has been taken to a new level.

Because I'm shifting into more all terrain type workouts - I need more sports bras!!
- I have only ONE I really love. Its called the 50 Rep by Lululemon.
Unfortunately - I got it from the Orlando outlet store last December and it isn't on their website anymore. This is something I find annoying with Lululemon. I can't depend on them having what works for me consistently - and all the new sports bras from them look like its for an A/B cup gal.

I like the Nike Airborne Running tanks a lot. - I feel secure and its flattering - but for some reason I can't find one in just plain black! They are all neon.

- I'm on a BLACK or GREY kick right now. Usually I'm all about the bright happy leggings and colors - but I've noticed the last few weeks -I have been only reaching for the blacks and greys.

What does this mean???!!! Blacks and Greys?!!
LOL!

  1. Min, try the lulu energy bra! I just bought 2 this week, and I am in love. I am an A cup and LOVE it. It is plenty of support and probably would be enough support for a B cup too! Try it. They have some awesome colors too. I haven't tried the 50 rep so I cannot compare it to energy bra. But I think you will be pleased w/ it. I run in mine and it is plenty of support. Let me know if you decide to get one.

  2. Yup, I would recommend the Energy bra too. I don't own one as I don't need a "running" bra for my cup size (an A). The Energy bra offers too much support (think "tightly mushed") for my yoga practise, so I never bought one. However, I have friends who are C and DD cups, that like the Energy. The C cup is an all around athlete, while the DD is just a yogini. I just love my Free To Be and Kristin, if you happen to come across the Centered Energy bra, try it! It has more coverage in the bust, but feels similar, support wise, to the FTB. The back is super cute too. :) You can see it on the Oz/NZ site.

Min, I also go through the "non color" stage, once in a while. I always feel more sophisticated, sultry...or more "grown up", for the lack of a better description, when I'm going through this period. Usually I am back to my usual color loving self, before long. It's just a phase, for me. ;)

P/S: A delay in the ETA of my angel blue Define. One day later (boo hoo) than usual and due to arrive today, (in FEDEX delivery truck, as we speak). Will give a review soon.

    1. A review update.
OMG!!! Angel blue Define is fabooo! The color is just gorgeous, ans I believe that this is the softest Define ever. Buttery soft! :) I have another that is super soft, similar to this one. It is the mini check in deep camo. However the fabric is totally different than luon. I believe that it is closer to rulu. The softnest is totally different than this piece of gem. :) I love it. Fit is TTS, as with all my 4s from lulu. Stitching is nice and tight. So glad that I went ahead and ordered it, as it now out of stock in my size 4. Only hiccup in this bundle of joy is that it has a slightly funky smell to it. Not as bad as those fishy Clam Diggers (at least I don't think so...as I would have passed out already from the colorful, malodorous descriptions given to it by the bloggers a while back!). I am airing it out and have already alerted GEC of it. I just hope that the odor will dissipate with the airing as I do not see any viable recourse that the GEC can offer, since they cannot replace it for me due to the "sold out" factor of this Define. But at least they know about it. If the smell lingers after washing, they WILL take it back.

I also received my FTB bra in angel blue. I know, I know...I'm on an angel blue fix, but I love it. Any color is always prettier/stronger in luxtreme. So this bra's color just went off the chart of "pretty"! Colors are subjective to each individual though. But I do believe that angel blue goes well with a wider range of skin/complexion than say, orange. Love again! Happy that I scored both times with my orders this week.

  3. Thank you for the updates and suggestions! I will try out that energy bra! -
and Yogibabe, you are making me want to have that cute Jacket too! But I hope yours airs out properly -man I'm bummed there are still quirky quality control issues! But I haven't heard much about the super bad stuff that was happening months ago!

    1. Update to the smelly issue:
Yay! It's all gone!!! Get to keep my lovely Define. :)

BTW, snagged the currant Coco Softshell in the WMTM for $99! Down from the outrageous $228. :) Super happy! I know that it looks "quirky-boxy" and I haven't the chance to try it on yet, BUT I like quirky! The look is tres chic, a la Coco Chanel! ;) So here's hoping that it will work!!! Cross fingers for me girls!
