New Run Schedule

6 days a week - alternating 25 mins run 45 mins run. - goal is to kick it hard on the 25 min days and challenge myself but also take it slower on the 45 min days.
-
15 min jump rope intervals on the 25 min days.
current physical status: on the right in the blue. - goals:speed up - drop weight - increase cardio capability.
